Ambient Air Quality During Covid 19 Pandemic in Chennai-An Urban Metro City of India

COVID'19 pandemics has brought a tremendous change in the regular human life style due to severity of virus. In addition, positive impact was observed ambient air quality complete absence anthropogenic activities contributing pollutants urban sprawl for short duration because lockdown restrictions imposed by government. this study, we have discussed trend with respect pre-lockdown, lockdown, and post-lockdown. It that on an average 50%-70% decrease pollutant concentration measured during compared pre-lockdown measurements. However, post-lockdown shown increasing but are within permissible limits This analysis presented paper highlights effect over improvement densely populate metro city Tamil Nadu.
